SAFETY NOTES
NOTES
- When working with a disk you are working with a tool that operates at 80 m/s equivalent to 288 km/h
- Abrasive wheels are therefore dangerous tools that can cause accident and serious damage when safety standards are not respected.- Out products have been strickley tested both statically and dynamically to guearantee maximum reliability.
- Our raw materials are scrupulously selected and our products do not contain toxic ingrediants such as lead, antimony, quartz and silica.
DURING USE
- NEVER REMOVE THE PROTECTION CARTER, THAT MUST ALWAYS BE PRESENT ON THE MACHINE;
- The operating speed MUST NEVER exceed that indicated on the label;
- The clamping flaps must conform to those prescribed;
- During cutting the cutting path must be followed WITHOUT APPLYING LATERAL FORCE;
- If the disk jams it MUST BE FREED WITH DUE CAUTION WITHOUT APPLYING LATERAL FORCE;
- The cutting disks (thicknesses from 0,4 to 4 mm) must be used ONLY FOR THIS PUPOSE AND NEVER FOR GRINDING;
- It is appropriate to use grinding disks (thicknesses from 4,8 to 10 mm) with an angle of attack between 30 to 40° since a lesser angle will weaken the product;
- If cutting or grinding disks are subject to a violent impact, for example by falling from the machine, it is necessary to IMMEDIALTLEY SUBSTITUTE it as its robustness could be compromised;
- ALWAYS USE: splinter-proof goggles, gooves, robust apron, dust protecting masks, ear plugs.
- Abrasive wheels must be stored in a dry environment and stacked on the plain.
