PRICES
Price list with relative discounts or net prices that will be sent to you from time to time. The prices per measure are that not provided will be given on request.

MINIMUM ORDERS
Orders for amounts less than 300 will not be accepted.

PACKING
Included in the price.

DELIVERY TIMES
For products that are in stock in the warehouse the delivery is immediate, except for goods already sold. For articles not in stock or with special sizes the delivery will be within 60 days of the receipt of the order.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
The delivery is ex-warehouse or ex-delivery with the transportation costs added to the invoice.

CLAIMS
Any claims due to faulty goods must be sent in writing to the supplying company within 8 days of delivery. The supplying company will not accept any liability for any direct or indirect damages that are due to the incorrect use of the products.

PAYMENT OF INVOICES
The payment of invoices shall be made to the Administrative offices of C.M.A. situated in Borgo d'Ale (VC) in Via D.E.Ferraris No. 18. If the payments are not respected C.M.A. may suspend delivery and charge commercial interest at the current Italian rate.

COMPETENT COURT
Any disputes will be the competency of the court of Vercelli.
